Whole Body Vibration

Whole body vibration is a way to burn calories easily and fast!  Isotonic exercise is performed by holding a muscle in a flexed position without motion.  By holding a flexed muscle while standing on a plate vibrating at multiple frequencies the muscle cannot adapt and the muscle train that is normally used tires out and normally unused muscle fibers begin to activate intensifying the workout, and optimizes the calorie burn.
